研究方向: 研究方向包括传统的金属有机化学和催化方法学研究。 金属有机化学方向为新型pincer配体的设计、合成、结构表征以及在氢化、脱氢反应中的应用。重点研究存在金属-配体协同作用的3d金属的钳状配合物;催化方法学研究主要涉及羰基化反应和利用碳氢键活化策略构筑C-Het键的反应。
