和媛副教授课题组主要从事疾病相关靶酶反应机理及调控研究。主要研究手段包括:X-射线晶体衍射、酶学、等温滴定微量热(ITC)、ELISA、流式细胞术、生物芯片等。研究成果发表在包括 Angew Chem Int Ed Engl,JACS, Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, Nature Chemical Biology 等在内的著名国际期刊。该研究小组现招收化学生物学、有机化学、材料工程等相关专业的硕士研究生开展以下课题研究:

1.病原微生物的化学糖生物学研究与药物开发
2.纳米生物学(纳米材料与生物大分子的相互作用及纳米酶的基础应用研究)
3.抗生素耐药相关靶酶催化机理及耐药细菌快速检测方法研究
